Returns

We want your shopping experience at Bella Nicole to be the absolute best! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it right!

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us (shopbellanicole@gmail.com) as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

Please see our simple rules and procedures for returns below:
- Merchandise may be returned for a Store Credit (- shipping) sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout, within 10 days of the date your order shipped from our boutique.
- All returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and with the original tag in the clothing attached.
- All SALE Discounted items are FINAL and cannot be returned.
- If you choose local pick up as your shipping option, the return period starts 10 days from the next business day. If you do not pick up within 10 days the item will not be eligible for return.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note the tracking number if applicable.

*Please allow up to 3 business days to process your return once it is received at our shop.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
